Oklahoma's new Student Transfer Law requires each school district to publish their enrollment and enrollment capacity at each grade level, four times per year, by the first of: January, April, July, and October. Regular education students are eligible to transfer based on capacity. If an enrollment slot is available, a student can only be denied based on attendance and discipline history. Students who are receiving services through an Individual Education Plan (IEP) are considered special need students and must have an IEP meeting to determine if Mangum Schools has the capacity to provide the related services, prior to acceptance. ALL students who wish to transfer into Mangum Public Schools must complete the State Department of Education Transfer Form. The Online Transfer Form will be filed automatically. If a paper Application is utilized, the completed and signed application should be returned to:
